FSPCA Course
Course Overview:
This 2.5 day course has been designed by the Food Safety Preventative Controls Alliance (FSPCA) in collaboration with the FDA. It is the ONLY course recognized by FDA that meets their requirements. A Lead Instructor for the FSPCA Preventative Controls for Human Food Course is teaching this course. By successfully completing this course, you will meet the requirements as a FSPCA Preventive Controls Qualified Person who can manage a food safety preventive controls program in accordance with the Hazard-Analysis and Preventive Controls Rule of the US Food and Drug Administration.
In general, facilities required registering with FDA under section 415 of the Food, Drug, & Cosmetic Act most likely need to comply if they manufacture, process, pack or hold human food. Compliance with this rule becomes mandatory for many firms this year.
