Nadia was an excellent trainer, by explaining the BRC concepts in a way that is easily understood and applicable to real world events/activities.  The material she and Lumar Food Safety provided was helpful too.  Next time I need training, I will be coming back to Nadia and Lumar Food Safety Services.
