I have attended quite few courses over the twenty nine years. Nadia is an exceptional trainer.  Her last course I attended was for BRC Issue 8 – 3rd Party Auditor. 5 days course covered a lot of information, Nadia delivered in concise chunks that were easy to absorb. The structure was clear, logical and effective. Nadia had obviously put a lot of thought and expertise into preparation.

This course gave me greater confidence to implement new techniques on my supplier audits.  I didn’t just learn “how” to write – “what” and “why” also became much clearer.

Nadia has a calm and logical method of teaching that truly connects with the plant team as she has consulted the plant over the years to improve the Food Safety Programs. Nadia has excellent response time to the questions which arises at the plant level.
