I attended the BRCGS Issue 9 Site Training in December, Nadia is a very skilled and prepared trainer.  She’s skillful in keeping the attendees focused and involving them to participate. She answered all my (and everybody’s) questions right away with no doubts. I absolutely recommend her and Lumar Food Safety as instruments of training.
