I had a great experience with Nadia Narine from Lumar Food Safety Services. She was an excellent trainer who was very educated and knowledgeable. It can be difficult to find adequate training for the BRCGS Food Packaging standard (much of the training I have come across focuses on the food standard but not packaging) but Nadia was very helpful in guiding me through the course. She used a variety of techniques to verify my competency and tailored the training to our place of business where possible. I would definitely take a course with LumarFood Safety Services again!
