Recently I had the pleasure of attending courses for my BRC Professional Certification with Nadia Narine of Lumar Food Safety Ltd.  I really enjoyed the format, small class size and interaction with other class members.  The course content was well presented and very helpful in assisting my understanding of the expectations of the BRC audit process.  Additionally, I believe this experience will aid significantly in strengthening our program.
