Course Outline

This course has been designed to enable delegates to gain a full understanding of the general principles of Food Defense , and how to develop and build a plan. Understand how to do a risk assessment (vulnerability) for internal and external risks.

• Anyone assigned the responsibility to develop, implement, and manage a food defense program
• Anyone who is on the Food Defense team
